About Me
I have a BSc (Hons) as a Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling (Advanced Practitioner) and a Diploma as an Person-Centred Pluralistic Counselling (Advanced Practitioner) and am fully registered with BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their Ethical Guidelines.
With a background in the arts working in the film and television industry and as a musician, I find working with people form these backgrounds rewarding and open to the more pluralist nature of my practice.
I offer a hybrid practice of online or face to face counselling in Shepherds Bush and West London working with people experiencing unhappiness in all sorts of ways and have never yet come across anyone who's distress or anxiety or sadness didn't make sense once we had talked about it for a while.
Everybody is different and special, but has in common the need to be heard, recognised, valued and understood. As a fully qualified BACP registered person-centred counsellor trained at the Metanoia Institute those four things are at the heart of my practice. Whatever your worry, concern, or difficulty, sharing what is on your mind and in your heart in a safe space is the start of healing and self-acceptance.
